PEAK PILATES FAQ

How do I book my class?

We use the MINDBODY online booking system. This is where you will manage all of your bookings and payments.
All classes must be booked prior to coming to the studio.

Book through our website or download the MINDBODY APP on your device by clicking for ANDROID or IOS.

If you have any issues with bookings, please email hello@peakpilatesstudio.com.au

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class in order to sign your liability waiver and be introduced to the studio.

Cancellation Policy

Peak has an 8hr cancellation window – a late cancel or no show in class within this 8 hr timeframe will result with a loss of session.

Sessions must be cancelled if you are unable to attend. We require you to adhere to this policy as a courtesy to other clients on the waitlist to attend classes.

How do I purchase a membership?

We offer membership options for attendance two (Power), three (Platinum) or four (Priority) times per week. Memberships can not be purchased on the MindBody app.
To purchase memberships, click on the membership name via the Pricing page here, then click on the name again in the pop up box, select next, which will take you through to your MindBody account to purchase your membership option.

What are the T&Cs of Peak memberships?

Our membership options are as flexible as you need them to be! We have different membership options to attend 2 classes, 3 classes or 4 classes per week with each weeks’ classes remaining valid for 14 days. There are no minimum lock-in terms to your membership and we are happy to change, suspend or cancel your membership at any time (we just ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any membership holds). Payments are debited weekly from your chosen payment option on a recurring basis. Memberships can only be purchased through the “Pricing” page on our website (and not directly through the MindBody app).

What if my class is cancelled?

While we aim to avoid cancelling classes as much as possible, we do require a minimum of 2 people to run a class. Classes may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior, and you will be notified by Peak if this occurs.

What should I do if a class is already full?

You have the option to add yourself to a waitlist through the MindBody app should a class be fully booked. You will be notified by email if you are added to the class from the waitlist. Please be advised that our cancellation policy also applies to all waitlisted bookings.
